How much time is required from me each month?
The first month will require 1-2 hours of your time. This includes filling out the onboarding form and completing an onboarding call with your Client Success Manager. After the first month, our customers usually spend around 30 minutes engaging with their Client Success Manager throughout the course of the month to go over new strategy recommendations, provide feedback on leads or discuss changes to the campaign.
We do not place a limit on how many times you speak with your Client Success Manager. We normally suggest one formal touchpoint per month to start. After 2-3 months, the touchpoints usually become less frequent and formal.
Yes, bant.io is a fully managed service. Our customers are only required to complete the initial onboarding to ensure that our strategy is aligned with your goals and then our team does the rest!
Yes, our platform integrates with Zapier, where you can easily integrate the platform directly with your CRM, creating an easy and seamless experience.
Never! The setup is included in your first month’s payment. There is no cost to cancel, however, we do require 48 hours notice in order to inform our team, as the setup for the following month takes place in the last few days in order to ensure continuity of the campaigns.
