withco’s history is steeped in the American dream, with the founder’s parents arriving at JFK with just a few tattered suitcases. The company aims to stop family owned businesses from falling apart when developers purchase the buildings they’re based in. They’re also spearheading a move to a new way of doing business that values and shares in the real contribution that local business owners bring to their neighborhoods.
We responded by developing a bespoke campaign for withco that communicated their unique story while simultaneously selling their real estate services. We worked closely with the team at withco to make sure that we were targeting the right people with the right message in the right place at the right time.
The results speak for themselves. We reached 14,300 potential clients via a dozen email sequences, and we supported those emails with 11 A/B tests. With a 23.7% open rate and a 2% response rate, we were able to generate 26 hot leads for withco to follow up with.
