Swvl approached Bant.io because they wanted to expand their presence seven key markets: Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates. We worked collaboratively with them to develop a solid strategy that targeted a wide range of industries with different messaging.
The combination of this custom messaging and focused targeting ensured that almost half of the prospects that we contacted responded positively. We reached out to 41,738 prospects with 18 email sequences that were supported by 19 A/B tests. This led to a 30% open rate and a 35% response rate, generating 515 hot leads plus a further 984 from a chatbot, 69 from retargeting, 17 from social media, and 3 from PPC.
